Terms of Service

What we provide

We design and build websites and web applications, and provide related services including domain registration, hosting, catalogue building, e-commerce setup, HRMS and other business software, SEO and performance work, and ongoing maintenance.

The specific services, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the quotation or proposal we agree with you. Where anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, the agreed document takes precedence.

Quotations and scope

Quotations are based on the scope described at the time and are valid for the period stated. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and begins only once you approve it.

Timelines assume you provide content, feedback and approvals when needed. Delays in those shift delivery dates accordingly.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quotation and typically include an advance before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion. Recurring services such as hosting and maintenance are billed in advance for the period.

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where payment is overdue, we may pause work and suspend hosted services after giving notice.

Ownership

Content you supply — text, images, logos, data — remains yours. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us and to let us publish it.

On full payment, you own the final deliverable produced for you: the design and the site built for your business. We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, libraries, frameworks and general know-how, and of anything we built before or independently of your project. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show the work publicly as part of our portfolio.

Domains and hosting

Where we register a domain for you, it is registered in your name and you own it. Where we host, hosting continues while fees are paid and either party may end it on reasonable notice, and we will provide a copy of your site and data on request.

We take backups but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of content and data that matter to you.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you supply and for the conduct of your business through the site. You agree not to use our services for anything unlawful, or to publish content that infringes another party's rights, is misleading, or breaches applicable advertising, consumer protection or sector regulation.

What we do and do not promise

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects in our work reported within the agreed support period.

We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome. In particular, we make no guarantee of search engine rankings, traffic volumes, enquiry numbers, conversion rates or revenue — these depend on factors outside our control, including competitors, platform algorithms and your own market. Any figures we discuss are illustrative, not commitments.

We do not warrant that a site will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we work to keep downtime minimal.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement on written notice. Refunds and cancellation are dealt with in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. On termination you pay for work performed and costs committed up to that point, and we hand over the deliverables paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that either party may seek urgent interim relief elsewhere where necessary.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you engage us applies to that engagement. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
