Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins

If you cancel after paying an advance but before we have started work, we refund the advance in full, less any third-party costs already committed on your behalf (for example a domain already registered).

After work has begun

Once design or development is underway, we refund the advance less the value of work completed and costs committed to that point. We will share a breakdown of what has been done so the deduction is visible rather than asserted.

Where a project is cancelled after a milestone has been delivered and approved, fees for that milestone are not refundable.

Third-party costs

Domain registrations, third-party licences, paid plugins, stock imagery, gateway charges and similar costs are non-refundable once purchased, because they are non-refundable to us. Domains registered in your name remain yours regardless.

Hosting and maintenance retainers

Recurring services are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time with notice as stated in your agreement; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the current period is not refunded pro-rata.

On cancellation we provide a copy of your site and data, and reasonable assistance to move to another provider.

If we cancel

If we end an engagement for a reason that is not your fault, we refund fees paid for work not yet delivered.

How to request a refund

Write to aditya@loandidi.com with your project reference and the reason. We acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable period and, where a refund is due, process it to the original payment method. Banks and gateways typically take some further days to credit it.

Disputes

If you disagree with how a refund has been assessed, raise it with us first — most disagreements are a difference of understanding about scope and are resolved in a conversation.
